I love Gardy! He's a very caring, loving and helpful person. He listens to what you have to say, and he provides you with the tools that you need to help you regain a peaceful mind. I have anxiety and depression, and I love my 'Compassionate (vibrant) Companion' sessions with Gardy. I always feel loved, seen, heard, and appreciated. During the sessions, we would watch movies and talk. Gardy really cares about your well-being, he really does. He's an amazing coach! I would recommend him to others. Thank you Gardy for ALL that you have done for me and the community. You are a beautiful soul and angel!

Mind Coach
Initially, my intention was to learn about life coaching, but since life coaching was a very saturated industry, I felt complelled to pursue mind coaching, which is an industry that allowed me to challenge my expertise, and allowed me to brand myself.
One of the things I love to do is encourage individuals in a way that is specific to their personality, because each person has a different story that describes them. In essence, ecouragement is what brings oxygen to the soul, and when you encourage someone else, you encourage yourself.
In my recent experience as a certified mind coach, I have assisted individuals who suffer from trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief. I love to provide people the comfort and tools that they need, to help them develope good coping skills for life.
